Yes it does. That's not necessarily a bad thing BTW. I like the RO Classic Briquettes and that's all I use in the WSM. I picked up a twin pack today, so will try them out in the Performer tomorrow. If nothing else, they'll be fine for smoking in the WSM.

The store where I saw them on Fri is in Central Point, OR. So the distribution may very well be a regional thing. I'm going back there next Fri, so will pick up a couple packs....

I saw this in my local Costco today. It's priced at $18.99 for 2X20lb twins. Not bad as it's $4 less than the 2X18lb twin packs of K-Pro. Does anyone know anything about this stuff? I've never seen it there before so I know nothing about it. Is it re-branded KBB, Royal Oak, or something...

I was in Costco on Fri. K-Pro is back in stock, but not on sale yet. The reg price is $22.99 for the 2X18lb packs.

Costco usually has their 1st sale of the year of K-Pro around Easter Weekend, but haven't seen any announcement yet.

I'm wondering the same thing. How is the high heat stuff any different from K-Pro? Maybe it's just K-Pro re-branded? I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. Anyway, looking forward to Chris's tests.

I do the same thing that several members have mentioned already. I have 2 tanks so when the one on the grill runs out, I swap it with the full one which I keep in the garage. Then just re-fill the empty one at my earliest convenience. The only problem with this is when the tank scale gets...

Definitely have to take it 1 game at a time. There's a reason why you don't see undefeated teams in the NFL. Even the very best teams always have 1 game where weird stuff happens. The good news is that the Miners do have the depth/personnel to perhaps overcome that.

Glad you got one! In my previous replies I mentioned that our Nesco wasn't the VS-12 as we got it about 5 years ago. Well, I checked the model # on the bottom after sealing some meat, and it turns that our model actually is the VS-12 😊.
