    Will a coffee grinder grind dried Hot peppers along with the seeds

    I have quite a few dried hot peppers and the Black pepper mills don't grind the peppers fine enough. I want the hot peppers to be ground to the consistency of black pepper, seeds and all. Blenders and food processors just don't do the job.

    Reason I'm asking for different recipes is because I hope to have fresh oysters for Christmas/New Years. I enjoy them raw and have dug clams out of the Delaware Bay and ate them while still knee deep in bay water... but most of my family do not like raw oysters and the ones that do like them...

    A friend of mine gave me fresh horseradish he grew in his garden. He peeled and ground it and mixed a little vinegar and, dude is it an eye burner!! Any suggestions and recipes I can make to use this on meats, seafood etc. This stuff needs some additives to calm it down a little.

    I know this is getting a little off the subject of sausage but I have cooked burgers on the grill and when cooked I brought them in the house to rest while getting other side dishes ready. When time to eat I placed the burgers in the microwave (Iknow ..taboo) but... this heats the burgers nicely...

    just bought a 1.5 lb link of fresh polish sausage How do you recommend to cook on the grill? I was thinking to boil for approx' 10 minutes and grill for 15. any ideas? and Happy Fathers Day!

    F.Y.I. Smoke Wood...

    Be Careful..some of those vines could be poison ivy. They can get as big as a mans arm and have somewhat of a hairy vine with leaves-of-three let it be. I learned the hard way as a kid.
