I find Select grade flats at WalMart for around $4 per pound, but the Choice grade flats from Winn Dixie run $8-9 per pound...... I just can't pay that for Choice and I'm not sure I could pull of a Select brisket and still be moist and tender. I may be able to, but it would be a $40-50 chance.

That's a banging looking meal. I looked for artichokes in the store yesterday, and they were all gone.

The only frozen steaks I have cooked was "Steak-um" back when I was in high school over 30 years ago. I could kill some steak-um sandwiches back then.

I am smoking some beef ribs and cooking a whole fish of some sort.
