Are you trying to connect through a firewall or is this just on your local network? Are you entering the same ip address in the Stoker IP Addres box for StokerLog that you enter in the address bar of your browser? Is your stoker connecting on port 80? What's the exact error message? More...

I've never seen that happen, but you might be able to use some silicone caulk as long as the wires aren't damaged. -Kevin
