    Way to much walking back and forth, Just load it all up in the cart and make them ring it up one pack at a time!! ;) Just got 4 packs that way today, worked for me and didnt have to do ALL that walking.

    The copper and black one right next to the long horn, is that called a brownie? It really is a sweet looking grill, they all are!!! Very nice

    im not sure either, i looked around before i got my wsm and didn't see colors to choose from only black. Any one out there know why?

    Unique problem......

    Beer does work good, we also use beer in the garden but in a small cat food container flush with the ground and fill it up with beer works every time, never tried it on the grill. How'd it work for you?

    Yea i know weber flagship color is black and is well known for that, but webers grills have many diff. colors to choose from just wondering why they only did a black for there smoker i have a ep-310 in copper and would to have loved a wsm in the same color.

    Cleaning

    For my ep-310 i seem to have to clean her about once a year i dont keep track and do it at exactly a year but when i start getting fire flair ups thats when i know its time. Thats what i do, i feel that you clean it too often your just getting rid of flavor. Im just a noob but works for me

    i usually do homemade pizzas but didn't have the time or drive to roll out dough, so we keep it easy for monday night pizza night. i don't have a pizza stone so i used the top grate of the smoker flipped it over and cooked it up. I started at 375f and got the crust nice and crisp then shut off...

    Should I upgrade to a Sear Burner or leave my EP 310 alone?

    I too have the 310 and one thing I found with mine is that it seems to be the hottest right by the igniter, so on mine the right front corner of the grill. That's where I find the best luck

    Haha thats funny cause i think about that every time i fire them up :D But ask me if i care. I did my first pork butt last weekend and at 5:30 am when i lit the coals i was wondering if they thought i might be crazy. :wsm: my neighbors are all pretty cool though

    Thanks for all the great ideas i think i will keep it some what easy liking the stuffed shroom idea and maybe taters or vegetables, will let you know how it turns outs, i think i have a week to get my menu down thanks again

    That looks amazing, did you use 4 whole jalapeños or seeded? Will be trying that one my wife loves the heat
