    easter day roast

    lazy day chicken...

    fired up the kettle today.. brined chicken in Jack honey pepper lemmon and kosher salt.. used stubbs with post oak and apple..stray cat sierra helped out while i drank a few sierra nevadas here is the finished product... great day in SC

    Brining question..
