    Wood chunks for steak?

Greetings and salutations Kevin. My question to you is; would you use just straight up wood chunks to grill up some rib eye steaks? If so what would you use? I did just this using mesquite chunks a few weeks ago on the Performer for the best damned steaks I've ever had.
