    wow that sounds good, mustard and whiskey. Two of my favorite food groups. Any other Whiskey recipes out there? I love Jack Daniels to cook with. My mom used to make a JD cake..mmmmm. Momma had a heavy hand when she poured the whiskey.

    leftover gravy from pot roast

    I've never heard of 'left over gravy.' in the south no gravy escapes the biscuit or bread swipe off the plate. It's a real compliment to to cook to empty the gravy boat and ask for more.

    I just ordered my 18 inch smoker today off the site with Amazon. I'm so psyched up to smoke. My brisket question is...what is a Brisket? I've never seen one. I've heard of them but in all my life I've never seen any meat at the store that is labeled "Brisket." does it go by another name...

    Have you cooked on the 22" WSM?

    I read in another thread here that the 22 inch cooker has the coal grate resting on the air vents. Are you guys finding that? What is your charcoal grate resting on? On a video on Youtube Chris says it rests on screws, but some owners of the 22 incher say not so, it rests on the air vents...
