1995 performer ss touch n go lower bowl replacement to use new style damper blades

same thing happened to me. received a 7444 instead and they told me to keep it. worked out perfect because that is what i am now using as my sweeper. i used the one idea to ditch the bottom washer on the new style sweeper and used 6 stainless steel zip ties to tie the ash ring to the kettle...

spreader/applicator for silicone rtv adhesive when installing nomex seals

i cut with a diagonal cutter about 3/4" of the metal cutting strip from a cling wrap box and with a pair of needle nosed pliers spread the bead and made channels of rtv perfectly.

1995 performer ss touch n go lower bowl replacement to use new style damper blades

greetings - its become time to replace my damper blades on my old performer. when i called weber, they say to use the new blades you must replace the lower bowl, ash ring and catcher with the new style. did anyone ever do a conversion this way, and is there a listing anywhere of the part numbers...

    Limoncello.... Sicilian Style

nice job on the zesting and bottling. we use a vegetable peeler and it comes off in strips. long and tedious work to not get any of the pith, but the reward is worth it. our recipe came from ofena. we vary the amounts of simple sugar to change between sweet and strong depending on personal...

my tilia foodsaver ll died recently and i researched the vac sealers and i saw a video on the comparison of westons 2300 unit and a vacupack elite on youtube. they took a bag sealed in each of the sealers and put both in another vacuum sealer and recorded the bags getting the residual air sucked...

    drip pan replacement

seems like the thing to do. those drip pans are pretty expensive compared to how long they last. also, i thought of recycling my spent fireplace firewood into charcoal for the weber. ended up going to a gas insert instead. couldnt see hauling the coals out every day and going to the store every...

    drip pan replacement

i wonder if anyone has tried using a 11 x 7 stainless steel cake pan for a drip pan that wouldn't need replacing, just cleaning?
