    Called Weber, got great svc and warranty

    weber also treated me right recently also. Saw that the middle section of out of round and they sent a new one right away. Great service. I rather pay more for a Weber than a charboil or other brand for the service.

    Hi, someone just told me when you use a clay saucer, you will loose the moisture present using water during cooks. Have anyone notice the difference in moisture of the meats when using clay saucer?
