    Jim, Check out Fruita Woods, I buy all my smoking wood from them and recommend them highly. Very fresh and clean wood. I use the peach. http://www.fruitawoodchunks.com/

    Got my new One Touch 26 but...

    It's problbly because they had to send me two lids and one bottom before they were not dinged. The lid that came packed the worst was the one without any dings. But Weber stuck by thier products, replaced no questions asked.

    Anybody Buy Wood from these guys?

    I have bought several boxes of Peach wood Chunks from them. Fast shipping and you won't believe how much wood they pack in the box. The peach wood was very clean looking.

    It's a Cajun Bandit Stainless Steel door from C&C grilling Company. They are located here in Huntsville AL, Chris Byrd even came over to the house and installed it. He only lives acouple of minutes away, very nice guy.

    Spare Ribs

    I have a package of frozen spare ribs that I bought last Sept. they were frozen and vacume packed. Not sure if I should use them.
