Hello! Went to a yard sale and picked up a Weber sidekick. vintage, in a unopened box. Not sure that I want to keep it. Is it worth keeping? I can use the space. Not even sure how it will fit on my Smokey mountain 18 1/2 inch. The box says it will fit a 18 1/2 anybody try it?

You can make your own Panko bread crumbs. They are bread crumbs without the crust.

Hi all! Good ideas folks! I have used my smoker ( 18 inch wsm ) and have done what Jim does since the first time. Just line it with foil. It is in real good shape with no damage. Still shiny. Never been cleaned. Jean
