I don't recall how many the machine came with originally but we basically have three cylinders. When I'm on my last one, the wife orders, they ship two refilled and we send two empty back with the enclosed label. Otherwise you'd be charged the core after a certain time. She just orders them...

I know a couple that did this a few years back for their wedding. Every guest got a bottle of their single barrel JD. Kind of a cool idea but definitely pricey.

I have a soda stream and it's great. I add a little splash of some type of juice(lemon, lime, cranberry) in the glass to give me a little flavor. The exchange cylinders come very quickly and you just pop the old ones in the mailbox.

Summertime is here in South Texas. Which can only mean, old bay goldfish! Yum.

Waaaayyy down south in Texas, IBCA is half chickens only. But more CBA events are popping up and pretty much anything goes. Lots of teams are turning in a combo of legs and wings. Letting the judges decide what they want to sample. I tend to like CBA more as they have 1hr turn ins and I can do...

I'm a streamlight guy. Stinger and switchblade for work and a strion and another switchblade for around the house. They take a beating for sure.

It was 85 degrees here last week. I would be alright if it stayed a little cooler for a while. But life is good. Can't complain too much.

I've done a couple hot and fast rib cooks but always loin backs. But I'd be down to try a spare. Anyway, to keep it different Id go with a zaatar spice blend. Oregano, marjoram, thyme, etc... Google it and check it out. I've found it to be awesome on pork. Good luck.
