Thanks. Downloaded and installed. I did smoke yesterday but forgot to check it with the new app. Will be smoking this weekend and will give it a try. I have a Stoker and using Stoker Log, which work fine. Will advise. Again, thanks.

I have read the Oregonian for years and find their recipes, fair, at best. I prefer the L.A. Times food section and the NY Times food section. As for the Oregonian, I think as a paper, it is not quite up to par for putting under the birdcage to catch whatever falls...
Looks terrific. How many did that feed? I am very tempted to smoke a brisket on my Brinkman. Still adjusting the smoker for even heat on the grill, then will attempt an overnight with my Rock Stoker attached.
I too am contemplating doing some pulled pork. Have been doing a lot of reading and according to Meathead Goldman on his website he likes the internal temp to be 203. Then let rest and then pull pork. He also suggests a water pan to maintain the moisture. Yours certainly looks very good.
I read where some of you are able to read the output of your Stoker on your Iphone. I have an Android device and that app is not available for the android. Any other suggestions for Android devices.
