Was doing a search for a good first time recipe and yours sounds great. One question I have is are you using water in the bowl or just foiling the bowl?

This weekend will be my first cook on my 22" WSM. Any suggestions on a great recipe for baby backs or St. Louis Style ribs? Is Harry Soo's recipe a good one to start with? I'm going to go to my local Costco tomorrow and see what looks good and decide which ribs I'll go with from there.

I plan on experimenting with making my own rubs and sauces but for now I'd like to purchase some stuff online. I plan on ordering some Slap Yo Daddy rub and probably some Blues Hog BBQ sauce. Any website that is better than the others?
