Your Favorite Rib Tips Method?

I have about 16 lbs of <span class="ev_code_BLUE">rib tips</span> showing up today for smoking tomorrow. I also will be cooking several turkey breasts with the EZ-Que and my variation of Keri's baked beans.

What is your favorite way of preparing and serving <span class="ev_code_BLUE">rib tips</span>? Does everyone foil/braise them? What times do you think work best?

Just curious as to what you all would do with them.
 
I've never got the tips by themselves. I usually trim them from spares. When I do that, I smoke the tips for 3 hours, then add them to a foil pan of sauce. I simmer them in the sauce for an hour or so.

Works well every time.
