What i have learned besides different technic's of cooking, is there is a lot of nice friendly people on this site willing to share there knowledge & skill's. I have learned a lot here and will continue to learn.

wow, where does a guy start? The MM, the fact that there are no absolutes or one superior method?
no... I learned that I love my dad even more for teaching me to love the Q so many years ago. Now in his 70's I don't even care if he likes his steak well done. I just sit and smile while he tells me the same story I've heard a hundred times, flames shooting out of his grill the whole time. I've learned the value of his love and, somehow, I picked that up here, and I thank you all for that.
