Wednesday Simple Steak and Potatoes Dinner

A couple of Flatiron steaks marinated for about 8 hours with a recipe I found here. They were
then seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning.

The steaks were put on the Performer, using my Grill Grates. Salted baked potatoes were just
about done. I was using RO Lump and a chunk of Mesquite.

Steaks were done after 12 minutes. Potatoes are also done.

Canned corn joined the steak and potatoes on my plate!

A quick and delicious Wednesday night dinner. I really like that marinade and will be using it again!

Thanks for looking!

Fantastic looking flat iron steak and sides, Mike! My wife just walked by and she said she loves the plate, and the food on it:). Photos are great; you still using the 40mm?

OK Mike, that plate looks amazing! Heck, I would have eaten the steaks as they were in the first photo! And like Ed M said - the photos are great! Well done, my friend!

Thanks guys! You are right Bill, we should have hooked up!
Yes sir Ed, still using my 40mm. Favorite lens for now! ;)

Terrific looking steaks, Mike! Your bovine offerings tonight are a sight to behold. I sure am glad I also had grilled steak for dinner tonight, because if I didn't, looking at your photos would be pure torture to me.
