Weber Performer/Stainless Steel table - Retrofit Question

I have an old Weber Performer with the stainless steel table. It has an old propane tank that is a smaller tank than today's 20 lb propane tanks. I can't get the old propane tank refilled anymore. Is there a way to retrofit so I can attach the ignition system to a standard 20 lb propane tank? I assume I can buy some fittings at HD or Lowes and be back in business again.

Can it be re-certified? I know you could do a switch, seen many posts on it but can only come up with this search.

I'm sure someone has a parts list. You just need stuff that fits and is air tight.

This mod is for the Q series grills that use the green gas cans, it might be the exact same parts list you need:

Thanks for those links. I was able to get it retrofitted using some of those ideas and a few trips to the hardware store. Working perfectly now and nice to have the gas assist working again!!!
