Last 4th I did an 8lb. pork butt and a 12lb. brisket for about 45 people. We ran out of meat. So this year I did a 13 lb. porkbutt/shoulder and 2 12 lb. briskets for 55 people and WE RAN OUT OF MEAT-AGAIN! Yes it WAS good!
I think I am going to have to ask people to eat before they arrive!
Anyone else have this problem?
 
sounds to me like you need an extra smoker to make more meat!!!!!!

imho, that's a GOOD problem... hehe
 
I do on occasion. The thing is, you might want to get some quicker cooking add ons for the next cook. Make a fattie or two, mebbe a bunch of kielbasa , or perhaps a couple roasting chickens. While the brisket & butt can be the stars of the show, you need to have a warm up act or two.
