Just did up some ribs. Tried some new stuff. Used Mr. Brown rub for 3 hours befor smoking,
just a few apple wood chunks, sprayed with pineapple juice (was out of apple juice) at
1/2 way point and finished with KC Masterpiece cut 1/4 with honey.

These were on the sweet side, but one of the best combos for our tasts.
I am going to do the pineapple juice the next time I do a pork roast on my
gass grill/spit combo.

Hi Allan...

If you like pineapple juice, try this. I use as a marinade on both ribs and chops. Using on large roasts is not very beneficial as any marinade or rub will only penetrate the top 1/4" of meat.

Kevi's Classic Grilled Pork Juice

6 Pork chop(s)
Meat Tenderizer
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Soy sauce, dark
1/3 cup Salad oil
1/2 medium Onion(s), minced
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, dark

PREPARATION:
Rub meat tenderizer onto both sides of chops.
Combine all other ingredients.
Marinate chops a minimum of 4 hours or over night.
Remove from marinade and boil marinade.
Grill chops.
Baste chops with boiled marinade.
