Thin Cut Blade Pork Chops with Basmati/Wild Rice Pilaf

Grill chops (seasoned with garlic salt and pepper) with sauce (2 parts soy, 1 part Siracha and 1 part honey)

Cook basmati and wild rice separetly (package directions) saute chopped red onion and mushrooms, then a couple of Tbs. beer. Season saute mix with salt, cumin and cayanne to taste. Combine rice with chopped cilantro in to saute and your done. I've been making this rice dish for years. Sorry not a detailed recipe, but damn tasty we think.
