The start to a good day!


 
Just got home from work, and seeing what everyone's cooking up this weekend! Looks great so far, Kurt. Wish I had my performer cooking something up tonight.
 
The radicchio came out okay. It's a crazy bitter when raw, but it mellows out with some heat. I rolled the radicchio with the mozzarella and then wrapped it with the prosciutto. It wasn't 'bad' but it still wasn't nearly as good as when we had it at the restaurant, but they also used some sort of sauce/dressing on it. Our guests seemed to like it enough though :)
Might try it again next time I know I'll have some time. For me it's a lot of prep work compared to the end result. Next time I see shirmp/jalapeno/bacon wraps... Om nom nom.
