St. Louis Pork Ribs & Pineapple

I currently have two pineapples and two St. Louis style pork ribs, along with a bunch of asparagus.

I was planning on doing a traditional smoked ribs and then maybe some grilled pineapple slices on the side, but I've never grilled pineapple. Any tricks and/or recommendations? Any more creative way to combine the pork ribs and pineapple? What about the asparagus?
