Have not had shrimp in a while and had a hankering. Picked up 3/4 lb and marinaded them in olive oil, hot pepper, garlic and Cajun king blackening seasoning. I also split, cleaned and boiled an artichoke before brushing with olive oil and seasoning with Penzeys sandwich sprinkle.

Made a dipping sauce for the chokes out of mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Shrimp were nice and spicy, great flavor. Could of had a hotter fire. I like my shrimp with a little char on them.
