Smoked a young chicken (pollo)

Had a bachelor plate of chicken and biscuits

Then SWMBO used the smoked chicken to make flautas

Watchin the Steelers in their throwback uniforms they wore in the heyday

The chicken mixture is placed in a corn tortilla, rolled, and fried (we use peanut oil).

Hard to explain the awesome taste. Wait for it ---> Tastes like chicken.

A couple of fine looking meals Dwain! Those are called rolled tacos around here and are very popular. Those Steeler unis have to be one of the ugliest uniforms ever. Da Bears have some ugly old ones too!
