I was looking through my flyer and saw that restaurant Depot had some boneless pork butts on sale for 1.39 a pound.
I was thinking of picking up one. Some people that I cook for are not fans of pulled pork. I was debating on slicing some and pulling some pork.
I was wondering if I could cut the butt in half and take one off earlier to slice and the other at 200 to pull.
Would cutting the pork butt in half dry it out faster? or should I just buy two butts? I can always vacuum seal the rest if needed.
