I found and older 22" red kettle. Not sure of the age but it does have a wood handle on the lid and just the metal handles on the kettle base. Daisy wheels on the bottom for vents and the ash catcher is the style that has the cut outs that twist on to the legs. Looks in pretty good shape aceept for a few spots where the porcelain has come off. Mainly around the outside of the lid lip. Couple spots maybe 1-2 inches long and. A bit of surface rust and missing porcelain about 2" circle.
Is this with getting? I think I can get it for $20. The rest of the kettle I think will wash up and shine with out needing steal wool.
