Rust

I have a 7 or 8 year old performer that has rust appearing at the weld points on the handle as well as on the bottom coresponding with the tabs that hold the coal grate. Weber cheerfully replaced the bottom several years ago but the problem has surfaced again. It is in a covered screen porch.

Hi Edwin. As long as its registered with Weber and its under 10 years old (with accompanying clear photos) I am pretty sure they will replace it for you again. YES,indeed their Customer Service is exceptional. Try them again and you will be happy all over again....
