Quick Friday Night Beef and Cheese

Wow, you miss one day and there's so many new threads. God I love this forum!!!

Heading down south tomorrow AM so this was a weekend of quick simple food, so I picked up a nice Choice Tenderloin.



Sprinkled it with Gray Salt and Pepper and let it sit out for about an hour to get happy.



Heated up the ManGrates on the Genesis. Rubbed some EVOO on the steak and off we go.





Topped the Tenderloin with some Fontina cheese.



Let it melt a little



Plated with some steamed Brown Rice



Yummy!!!
