UltraQ held the temp really stable around 275 the whole time. Its about 25 degrees for a high temp in Minneapolis today. I used B&B Char Logs for the first time and really happy with this product. Also, bought some Hickory and Apple 3" chunks from Fruita wood. I'm also really happy with their product. Put the meat on around 9:00am. Inserted the probe around 11:00. Took the meat off when it reached 160 degrees then put in the oven double wrapped in heavy duty foil at around 3:00pm. Hopefully, I'll remember to post a picture of the finished product.
