Plowboys closing their barbecue chain


 
I was sad to see this today. Hopefully another BBQ joint will take over the Blue Springs location.
There's not much out that way besides Zarda, which I am not much a fan of.
 
That article said according to Fed Govt stats, restaurants life averages 4.5 years. Really is a here today, gone tomorrow business.

Bout a year ago, Mrs Dollar and I started watching Triple D from the beginning and we're now up to Season 16. The entire series is on the Discovery + app. And I wonder how many of these places are still in business. I need to start searching for them on the net.
 
Too many restaurants have closed in the town where I live. Most of the closings surprised me.
 
When I am unable to get meat then I will quit, never tried anything of theirs that I remember, been a lot of restaurants close down in the last 2 years. you have to stick with what makes $$ to continue your business. Hate to see any business close down.
