Peach, Blueberry Ramekin Desert

Since Rich was trying a new take on Baby Back Ribs I decided to do desert with a small twice of my own.

Peaches peeled and into bowl with Blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice, orange peel, and Almond extract mixed together. Then I did my old standby pie dough for the topping.

Everything into the ramekins, dotted with butter and did an egg wash, sprinkled sugar on the top.

On the gasser at 375 for about 40 minutes.

Plated with Butter Pecan ice cream. It was so yummy and we still have2 more, lucky us.

You're killing me. Been on a diet for 9 months. I have to give away whatever I cook. Those pies I'll be dreaming about. Looks delicious

Dude(we had that strike throug a few month ago) Hun you always cook up stuff that makes me hungry. A killer befoe/after/during meal snack right there!
