Hi Mr. Michaud.

My competition team has been using 18" WSMs with a Stoker for three years now but we just invested in our first 22" unit. In fact, we decided to do a test run with it today to see how it performs and it's been pretty good so far. We had a number of pork butts in our freezer that we need to cook and vacuum seal so we've got 6 monsters (3 to a grate) on the cooker right now that is being "Stoked" by a 10cfm fan. The performance has been very stable over the first 2 hours of the cook. Still a long way to go but encouraging to say the least.
