Oh this 14.5 WSM keeps amazing me!


 
This was a previous cook but I didn't use the vortex plate but water pan with a 10in pizza stone double wrap in foil. The charcoal I was using was Frontier hardwood briquettes. The frontier is about the same size of KBB and was able to pack basket tight. This butt was smaller by 1.5lbs but took the same time to cook at 250* I guess that was the water pan and pizza stone combo effect.
The last picture will show how much frontier I had left to maybe do a 18hr cook?
