Cool... thanks Pat, Sometimes things just work out right, from getting the coals started to the finished product.
I played with my BBQ Rib roast setup the day before the cook, to work out all the kinks, then when my beer drinking friends were over everything went smooth.

Cant leave out the tasty rib bones..
