Drove to San Antonio from Mexico to pick up my new 22" WSM. Can't wait to get to back home to season it and get cooking. The Costco in Guadalajara is now stocking USDA choice briskest in addition to both spareribs and baby backstory we aren't without good product.
 
Welcome Tom! Congrats on your new WSM. Is Ajijic near the gulf coast or are you more inland?
 
That's quite a drive Tom... about 10 -12 hours?

Glad you got the 22" model.... those briskets fit perfectly on them.
 
22" WSM was my first. You sound like you're gonna be having a lot of fun. You'll have a lot of friends stopping by!
