New Year's Butt

Decided to do some pulled pork to go along with the greens and black-eyed peas. Started this cook at 0700 New Year's Day.

Butt rubbed night before

On the WSM New Year's morning

At 160*, ready to foil.

Wrapped, now up to 196*.

In the cooler for a couple of hours.

Pulled and ready.

My plate.

This was a 9 hour cook for a 7 lb butt. Turned out great thanks to all on this board. Happy New Year!!
