I wanted to share my ghetto stoker WSM adapter, cause I need brisket! I have the big 25 cfm fan attached to my JOS cooker but needed some brisket and wanted to play with the new wifi update. So a trip to the big box and 3 dollars and a few beers later this is the outcome!
