Mom's 76.

Well today was my mom's 76 B-Day so i fired up the ol kettle and cooked her a ribeye steak-corn on the cob-red potatoes with sliced red onion's s/p in chicken stock and a salad lol that never made it to the table ..i forget about it....This weekend the famliy will have a big q for her too.
 
Well Jim the meal sounded like it was going to be good.

I love it when that happens. Last night I grilled some scallions to use as a side dish for some tuna. Cooked the scallions and put them on a serving platter. When I walked by about 4 minutes later, more than half of the scallions were GONE! My wife said she couldn't resist, so I also tasted one. Well in another 2 minutes we had eaten the entire dish (great finger food). Tuna was good with a macaroni dish but no other veggie.
