Meats that require different temps

Hey all,

Relatively new WSM owner here. Had pretty awesome results with my first few cooks, but I have hit a dilemma. After some searching I couldn't really find the answer I was looking for (possibly because I am not sure how to word this).

How do I cook two types of meat that require different temps?

I have learned that if I am going to the trouble/pleasure of firing up the WSM I want to load it up with meat and freeze it and give it to all my buddies and keep some for myself. However, my father in law wants me to smoke a turkey this weekend. Something from what I have read is a high heat deal. Is it possible to also smoke some butts to maximize my cook? If so how do you deal with the turkey being a high heat product and the butts being a low and slow product. Or any other combo of meats.
