I've recently bought four of Kosmos new " The Best " series.

At first, was not impressed with " Beer Can Chicken " , but its growing on me.

The " Classic Steak " appears close to Montreal. Its great on burgers. Jury still out on steak.

The " Prime Steak " is great. It contains activated charcoal. A fine powder. The fellas at Kosmos store told me to use it with my other favorite steak rub. They did not steer me wrong.

They also told me the " Jalapeno Garlic " is good on everything. I like it, even use it on salad, eggs, and home grown tomatoes. Its got a bit of heat to it. Gonna try it on some ribs soon.

I've not bought the " Sizzlin Burger " . Maybe next trip.
