Weber used to have an 18.5" OTG and the parts should fit on a JJ but I don't think they offer that any more.

I would bet you would need to reshape the sweepers and I am pretty sure the bowl on the jumbo joe is shallower then the normal 18.5, so the curvature would be different.
 
Good point Sean. I have an older version of the current Jumbo Joe the SJP which is a little bit different then the current version. Didn't really think about that...
 
Got my OTC system today.
First off the blades are about 1/4" to long. Should be able to file them down to size no problem
The hole that holds the butterfly vent on the grill is for a 1/4x20 screw. Need to enlarge it to around 3/4" or so
Got to get a larger step bit.
All in all looks like a easy job.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like with a few minor adaptions you'll have a one touch system for the JJ. If you have a harbor freight near by you can get a step drill bit pretty cheap. I've done a dozen 3/4 holes with mine from harbor freight and it still has life left in it.
