my wife made a great south west style soup the other day, and while we both agreed it was a little hot for soup here in the south, we thought it would be great come the fall and winter

started off with some chicken marinated in taco seasoning



after the flip



chopped it up and put in the soup which consisted of some crushed tomatoes, corn, beans, and i'm not sure of what exactly else



plated up with some sour cream and Santa Fe crisps



great flavor, and it came out really good

thanks for looking, and like i said perfect for the fall
