I am trying to decide between the Hunsaker Vortex charcoal basket or the Arbor Fab charcoal basket for my 22.5" WSM. The Arbor Fab is advertised as holding a whopping 37lbs. of charcoal, but I can't find any info on the Hunsaker. I have emailed Hunsaker inquiring about the capacity of their basket, but have not received any response from them.
If anyone here has the Hunsaker Vortex charcoal basket, how much charcoal can you load in it? My intent is to hold more charcoal than the stock Weber basket for those long brisket smokes on my 22.5" WSM during colder weather.
