Hi There. I'm Ryan From St. Louis and I have gotten a ton of know how from this forum over the years. Grilling/Smoking/Cooking is what I have come to love to do in my spare time. True Weber Fan. Nothing else compares to the performance of a WSM or Kettle at this price point. I appreciate everyone sharing all the outstanding Recipes, some have become regulars at my house.

Since Starting this BBQ oddsey I have accumulated two WSM's, Debating a Third. Few Kettles and portables too. I am now thinking of at least trying a comp next season and have just enrolled in a judgeing class in April.

In our house the smoking season never really ends, but spring is a welcome site not too far into the future.
