Grilling on the Q1200

After getting my $99 Q1200 from Target during clearance, I needed to test drive it. I attached the Q to a 20lb of propane and preheated to 500. Grilled some salmon, garlic bread and veggies in a foil pack.




Later on, let's see if the baby Q can do righteous grill marks on a NY strip. Verdict YES!!!

 
I've eaten a lot of good food off a baby q including London Broils, Tri Tip, countless chicken thighs, etc.
