Hi, my name is Andrea from Italy and I'm a new WSM 22.5 owner. I also have a OT22.5 where I love to cook since a couple of years. :cool:
 
Welcome Aboard! I was stationed in Aviano Italy 3 years when I was in the Army. It was the highlight of my career. I look forward to the posts of your culinary creations!
 
what type meats are you planning on grilling? I'm not sure what is cheap and plentiful in Italy.

Me and my friends love pork ribs and pulled pork. Most of people here think I'm crazy when I said that I cook them in 5 or 6 hours. Usually here we cook them on direct grill in 5 or 6 min. -.-
Unfortunately Low&Slow cooking is almost unknown where I live, but I'm trying to do my best anyway!
