Santa's bring me a new WSM 18.5 for Christmas! This will be my first smoker, but I've been using smoker boxes on my gas grill for years. Thought it was time to take a step up in class. I have been reading through a lot of the forums to educate myself before the 18.5 shows up. Here's my first newbie question (I'm sure there will be many more): Is the Auber ATC with the 6.5 cfm fan going to be sufficient for the 18.5?
