Tried something a little different. I cooked these ribs indirect on my Weber Gasser. I first rubbed them with Harry Soo's Slap Your Daddy Rub.

Rub and Ready

Fresh on the Gasser

I am liking the look.

Another St. Louis made sauce from Super Smokers. This has a low sugar count for those who need to watch the carbs. This sauce also has a slight kick to it. I like this on my baby backs.

Turned some burners on low and started putting on the sauce.

Off and ready to slice

Sliced and ready to eat

thanks for looking.

I have just finished pulling them so the wife can take them to her work. Mrs. K. works in Intensive Care and those nurses work hard. So a little donation to the ICU.

Thank guys.

I thought my ribs could have been better. I am my biggest critic. I am thinking average and everyone is telling how great they are. I guess they were good.

Looks good!

I routinely do ribs on my summit. I keep apple juice and apple vinegar near by. That helps me w keeping them moist. I used some cherry wood last time too. I was amazed at the sweet flavor.
